Dwan Wakefield (17) , DeAllen Washington (17), and Byron McBride (19) have been arrested in the kidnapping and capital murder of a 6 year old boy. The four men were denied bonds.

The police call, reporting a stolen car carrying the young boy, came around 1:30 a.m and Amber Alert was issued at 4:48 a.m.      

Byron McBride, Sr,  whose son McBride, Jr is eligible for the death penalty, left Madison Justice Court on Monday in tears. “My son did not kill that baby! He did not kill that baby, but ya’ll gonna kill my son!“ he shouted. He believes his son is innocent and may face the death penalty for a crime he did not commit.

According to The Clarion-Ledger Kingston Frazier was buried with a blue Power Ranger, Captain America figure and a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle in his casket.  His service was held at Star baptist church, which was filled with warm words and many of Kingston’s classmates and a memory of the day before his death which his mother called the happiest day of his life –  the eve of his kindergarten graduation .

This  entire situation was brought up by Bishop Ronnie Crudup Sr. Pastor of New Horizon church by saying “ Today is a wake up call for all of us in the metro community “ said presiding pastor Bishop Ronnie Crudup, Sr.

“We are charged to make Kingston’s death a catalyst for change,” Jackson police chief Lee Vance said

This very sad situation has become a perfect opportunity to influence a change in the horrible behavior in the country .
