21 year old is the first supermodel with Down Syndrome

Madeline Stuart, a 21 year old model, is the first supermodel with Down Syndrome. She breaks the mold set for supermodels, her unique features contribute to her beauty.

Stuart has grabbed the world’s attention with her distinctive look.Stuart has changed the way society looks at people with disabilities and has drawn attention to their beauty, confidence, and individuality.

In 2015,  Stuart attended Maddy fashion show, which sparked a light within Stuart to fulfill a dream that she never imagined would come true. During the fashion show she turned to her mother, Rosanne Stuart, and said ¨Mum me model.´´

Stuart´s mother encouraged her to pursue this dream. She told her that this was going be hard and that a lot of dedication was going to be required. She supported Madeline in her weight loss journey.  

After achieving a weight loss of 45 pounds, Staurt’s mother posted before and after photos, confident that Stuart’s uplifting story would go viral. Stuart´s weight loss photos were viewed over 6.8 million times and she gained 100k followers and in one day she hit headlines all over the country.

 Stuart has modeled in  New York Fashion Week, Art Hearts Fashion Week, Style Fashion Week, Melange Fashion Week, Caspian Fashion, Runway Dubai, Mercedes Benz Fashion Week China, Birmingham Fashion Week, Sunshine Coast Fashion Festival and much more.

Stuart will be launching her own fashion label in February 2017: 21 Reasons Why by Madeline Stuart. As well the company B-Reel has will be releasing a documentary from her tour this year.

Madeline Stuart is a worldwide phenomenon and a household name, inspiring young girls to be confident. In a world that is overly critical, and unaccepting,  Stuart has overcome many trials. Nonetheless, her bravery has only added to her beauty, and elegance.
