The Rolling Stones release a new album

The Rolling Stones are set to play a festival unofficially named “Old Chella.” Ronnie Wood, the drummer since 1975, talked about the recordings that were happening in April of 2015. The album is set out to be released on December 2nd, 2016. They announced their new album as they prepare to play an outdoor festival in California.

Rolling Stones, often called “the world’s greatest rock and roll band” are in the process of creating their first new album in ten years.The new album is called “Blue and Lonesome,”  the goal is to take them back to their roots , “the heart and soul” of the band.. Blues music. The album was recorded in just three days in London, England.

The Rolling Stones are an English rock band that formed in London in 1962. The original members of The Stones is Brian Jones (guitar, harmonica), Ian Stewart (piano), Mick Jagger (lead vocals, harmonica), Keith Richards (guitar), Bill Wyman (bass), and Charlie Watts (drums.)

The Rolling Stones have been around for more than fifty years, but their fanbase is still growing. The band had a concert in Brooklyn , New York in 2006. One of  the fans , Wick Simmons age 72 said “it was a pretty great show for a bunch of 70 year olds”

The Rolling Stones most famous album is “Sticky Fingers” from 1971. The band hopes to top the charts. The last album they released was ten years ago called “A Bigger Bang.” Their album “A Bigger Bang” was what they called a “stripped-down” style reminiscent of “Some Girls” in 1978, but with a harder more contemporary edge.

The Rolling Stones continue to grow every day and make amazing music. The band hopes to have a successful album release and many more great music filled years ahead of them.
