The iPhone X has been released

The iPhone X is finally available to people all around the world. The phone released 3 November with thousands of customers just waiting to get their hands on the thousand dollar product.

Apple has updated the support page on the iPhone X to warn buyers that the products OLED display could have the potential to suffer “slight shifts in colour and hue” when the screen is viewed from an angle. Apple explains that these characteristics are completely normal, despite it being one of the number one complaints with the device.

In San Francisco, people have reportedly been “fighting” over who was or gets to be first in line for the first release of the product. Although in the UK, customers stood patiently in line to get their new iPhone X. One certain customer even stood in line since Tuesday before the phone was even released.

“Best Buy has been forced to back down from selling the iPhone X with a $100 mark up over the Apple Store. Meanwhile, we’ve worked out that even going SIM-free the TCO of an iPhone X is over £98 a month over two years,” says Carly Page, a news editor of INQ.

Some who had managed to pre-order their device online before the release date got their phones earlier than customers waiting in line at a store. Some buyers are even selling their pre-ordered iPhones on eBay and unbelievably selling for $15,000. Another even sold for $10,000.

The first thing you really notice about the iPhone is the beautiful HD screen. The second you pick up the phone, your eyes are drawn to the brightness of the screen. The screen may not be the sharpest or most colorful smartphone, but the phone is crisp, clean, and great to look at, which is exactly what you want in a phone.

Some people are complaining that they don’t like how there is no home button. Every iPhone has had a home button, so this means major adjustments. Others are saying the control center is harder to reach and use. Just because a phone is pretty to look at, doesn’t mean it’s going to be a perfect phone without any problems.

But, if you ignore some of the phone’s flaws, it is indeed a fantastic phone, and is Apple’s best so far with unbelievably fast and new technology.
